Shipping Protection Policy



Our Shipping Protection is optional. However, without purchasing the protection, PLUS will not be liable for any lost, or damaged packages. 

 If you have purchased Shipping Protection the following policies apply:

 

Timeframes

All claims must be submitted within the following date ranges:

Lost - 14 days after its last tracking update.

Damaged - Within 3 days of the delivered tracking update

All claims filed outside of these date ranges will be denied. 

 

Damaged Items

  • All claims without substantial photographic evidence provided will be denied. All images will be closely scrutinized and any suspicions of digital alterations will result in the denial of the claim. Video proof may be requested at our discretion. 
  • Minor manufacturer defects will not be covered
  • Minor damage to sneaker boxes will not be covered 
  • Minor damage to clothing bags or tags will not be covered 
  • Items damaged due to wear and tear will not be covered

 

Lost Items

  • If a package has been lost in transit or improper delivery is suspected, a conclusive investigation with the shipping courier will commence and have to subsequently conclude before reimbursement is given. "Delivered but not received" inquiries will only be covered IF the carrier confirms it was delivered to an incorrect address. The shipping courier may require up to 21-30 business days to investigate a lost package. 
  • Any packages abandoned at customs or at pickup locations will not be covered
  • Any items lost due to incorrect address submissions will not be covered

 

Other Stipulations

  • Undesired product fit or feel will not be covered  
  • Late packages due to carrier delays will not be covered 
  • Filing chargebacks with your payment provider will void your shipping insurance protection
  • Porch piracy will not be covered under any circumstance 

 

Reimbursement 

  • Replacement of the item will be the priority if the size and item are available. If not, and If reimbursement is agreed upon, we will provide you with a digital gift card for just the item amount, pre-tax and pre-shipping. Gift cards do not expire and can be used in-store or online.

 

Filing your Claim

  • Email claims@plusshop.ca within the specified times above, and with all relevant information and evidence requested above. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
