SHIPPING POLICY



PLUS ships worldwide and is based across eastern and western Canada. We utilize numerous couriers such as Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, Canpar, Chitchats, and Fedex for shipments. This enables us to calculate cost effective rates and efficiently send orders to customers in a timely manner.

Please note that all online orders will take 1-2 business days for processing before shipment. Shipping costs are determined from the size, weight, and destination and may vary accordingly. For orders with multiple items, please be aware that there may be delays as products may ship from different locations and not altogether at times.

Shipping Times & Prices

Expedited - 2 to 7 Business Days
Priority - 1 to 2 Business Days
Tracked Packet International - 7 to 12 Business Days

Canada & USA Prices:

Expedited & Priority - Shipping rates are calculated at checkout by the customer's destination and purchased item(s) weight in relation to the shipping location.

Outside Canada & USA Prices:

Rates are calculated starting at a base shipping rate of $60 CAD.

Duties and Customs

If you are making an order internationally, please be aware that PLUS is not responsible for delays and charges that may be incurred due upon delivery. Should there be duties charges attached to your order, you will be contacted directly by your local shipping courier for payment. Please follow your tracking details to ensure you are up to date with the status of your order to avoid any unexpected delays or charges.

In-Store Pickup

Customers are eligible to order online and pick up their purchase at our retail locations free of charge if their minimum order is over $20. If the item(s) you purchase are not readily available at your desired pickup location, a PLUS associate will notify you and initiate a transfer request. Please note this process may range from 1-10 business days before you order is ready for pickup.
