The Hard Rock Cafe Run Honolulu 1992 was a charity race held in Honolulu, Hawaii, organized by the Hard Rock Cafe chain to benefit the Special Olympics, and featured a scenic 10k race and a post-race concert by the popular rock band, Aerosmith.
